Hello! I’m Skyla Fox.
Birth Keeper & Wax Witch.
Mother of 2 Lotus Birth Wildlings.

Anyone who knows me well, knows I’ve been a Birth Junkie for years. 7 years ago I gave birth to my son: at home, in my power, surrounded by only his father and my sovereign birth keeper. Our family was transformed. His labour was only a few hours.

A few years later I gave birth to my daughter, this time in hospital. We still managed to keep her placenta attached for the lotus birth we hoped for.

These experiences have shown me the importance, grace and balance needed to hold the torch of physiological birth both at home and in hospital.

My son is a death-loving warrior and my daughter is a star gazing blue-eyed fae. Both had their own sacred path coming earth side. Both taught me humility and birthed me anew as a mother.

As my reverence for birth grew, so did my knowledge of waxing.

I spent a lot of time around pussy.

I worshipped where I worked.
I know how to hold a tender sacred space.
I know how to help you meet your maker.

At the end of 2022 I immersed myself in the QUANTUM BIRTH training with elder midwife WHAPIO at The MATRONA. I have been learning the ins & outs of physiological birth as well as the art of spiritual midwifery. I have also been learning homeopathy as it pertains to the motherhood continuum and expanding my library of books about birth.

Through this in depth study, I have learned so much about myself. It has been quite the expansive and introspective time.

Through this process I got the vision of how to weave my two skills (that of my passion and that of my practice) together: and it emerged as Milk & Honey.
